Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital, timed access

Purchases unlock a fixed-duration access window to the Acharya chat (for example, 5 minutes or 1 day). Because access is delivered instantly and consumed in real time, a window that has already started or been used is non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged but access was never granted — for example a failed transaction, a duplicate charge, or a technical error — we will refund the affected amount in full. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider).

How to request a refund

Email support@astro-acharya.in from your registered address with the date, amount, and gateway payment reference. We respond within 3 business days.

Cancellation

Access windows are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel; a window simply expires at the end of its duration.
