No. No language model is allowed anywhere near a planetary position. The chart, the divisional charts, the dashas, the doshas and the 36-point matching score are all computed in deterministic code. The Acharya only interprets those numbers, and its reasoning is grounded in the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra.
Use the closest time you have and read the chart as indicative. The Moon's rashi, the nakshatra and the running dasha stay broadly reliable, while the lagna and the house placements are the parts that shift. A birth certificate or hospital record is worth digging out before you take a house-based reading to heart.
No — the rashiphal here is keyed to your Moon sign (Chandra rashi), which is what Vedic astrology reads for the mind and for daily transits. If you only know your Western sun sign, cast the free kundli first; it will tell you your actual Moon rashi.
