1. The service

Astro Acharya provides computer-generated Vedic astrology birth charts, written readings, and a time-boxed conversational consultation (“the Acharya chat”). Charts are computed by a deterministic Swiss-Ephemeris engine; readings are generated by a language model grounded in the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra.

2. For guidance, not professional advice

All content is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be relied upon for such decisions. We make no guarantee of accuracy or of any outcome.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate birth information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

4. Payments

Paid features are sold as fixed-duration access windows to the Acharya chat, priced in Indian Rupees and processed by a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, or Instamojo). Prices and durations are shown at checkout. By paying you authorise the charge for the selected plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell its output as professional advice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Acharya is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
